Unless otherwise specified in writing, customers are solely responsible for providing all necessary equipment (including but not limited to forklifts, lifts, or cranes) and/or arranging qualified personnel to safely offload products upon delivery. Lewis BBQ MFG is not liable for any delays, additional charges, damages, or injuries resulting from the customer’s failure to make proper offloading arrangements.
