Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lewis BBQ Manufacturing Inc., all products are custom-built to order.

Order cancellations are accepted within six (6) calendar days of the original purchase date. Approved cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order value to cover material procurement, processing, engineering, and administrative costs.

After six (6) calendar days, orders are considered in production and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

All deposits, progress payments, engineering fees, and custom design fees are non-refundable.

Final payment is due upon notification that the product is complete and ready for pickup or shipment.

Products remaining unpaid more than seven (7) calendar days after written notification of completion may be subject to storage fees of $35.00 per day.

Lewis BBQ Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to resell any product that remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) calendar days after written notification of completion. Any deposits and payments previously made shall be forfeited and may be retained to offset costs associated with design, engineering, materials, labor, administration, storage, and resale.
